The Adi Mantra

Mantras re-set the brain so they can be used to replace one set of old redundant thought and behaviour patterns, with new more effective ones that are contained within the sonic energy of the words you chant.

You do, however, have to persevere. You can’t just chant it once and expect it to work. You have to keep chanting until you feel am energetic shift inside you… or you become aware that you are no longer doing or thinking the same things you usually think and do.

You also have to have a crystal clear intention when you chant about the fact that you would like all the good things the mantra holds as gifts for you.

The Adi Mantra is a really good place to start because it generates the energy you need to start something new. It provides everything you need – energetically speaking – for new beginnings. It also gives you the courage to look for a new path and take your first steps down it. And, handily, it inspires creativity as well, so that will help with any new adventure… and that is the energy we are all in at the moment… new adventures.

The last thing the mantra does is help you to express yourself and speak clearly about what you you really want to do with your life and what you will need to do it.

So, if I were you, I would start chanting this daily really soon… and keep chanting.
