Quan Yin is ready and willing to help us heal ourselves and our ancestors.
If you have a specific thought or behaviour pattern, you can work with this, or you can simply send Quan Yin’s energy to the whole of your ancestral line, so it can do whatever is needed at the time you work with her.
- Relax and focus on breath and make sure you are grounded.
- Invite Quan Yin to join you and sit in her energy, attuning to it.
- After a few moments explain to Quan Yin which ancestral pattern you need help with.
- Now connect to your ancestral line and have a sense of all the ancestors who are carrying the burden of this pattern.
- Now turn your attention back to Quan Yin and hold out your hands, palms up, allowing her to place a symbol in each hand. You may now use this healing symbol, filled with the energy of love, compassion and mercy from Quan Yin, to heal your ancestral line.
- Now pass the energy of the symbol on to your ancestors in whichever way seems appropriate to you – drawing it in their hands, placing your hands on their shoulders or hearts, sending the energy of the symbol down the ancestral line.
- When you feel the healing is complete, add your blessing to the beautiful blessing from Quan Yin, and send it down your ancestral line.
- Now ask Quan Yin if there is anything else you need to do to ensure that you do not re-create the pattern.
- Thank Quan Yin and return.
