- Find a clear or rose quartz that would like to help you with this and would welcome the chance to hold Quan’s Yin’s energy = the beautiful energy of compassion. Then cleanse it and hold it gently in both hands.
- Now connect with Quan Yin and ask her to pour the energy of compassion into your crystal.
- As she transfers the energy you can enhance the process by repeating the mantrum of compassion and set the intention that your words flow into your crystal as well.
- When you sense Quan Yin has finished, thank her for her gift and now any time you feel compassion is lacking in your life all you have to do is sit with your crystal and allow the energy it contains to flow into you.
