As most people seem to be stressed in some way at the moment… sometimes on multiple levels, there is an angel who is more than happy to help. His name is Raziel and his energy can be used to deal with any kind of pain, even is it is caused by chronic conditions, including auto-immune issues. It will calm or alleviate the symptoms.
His angelic light contains all the colours of the spectrum and is it rather like sitting inside a rainbow when he comes to work on you. And just being in presence has a calming effect on both yourself, and your physical body, including all the organs and their associated systems.
So if you feel you need any help at all, just ask him to come and surround you with his angelic light, so you can start breathing it in to your body. You can just fill your entire body, or you can intend to breathe it into the specific parts that are troubling you.
He can also help with any mental issues that are troubling you the same way because his light is so good at calming the mind as well as the body.
