Base Chakra Exercise

With all the energetic shifts it is vital to maintain stability on an energetic level. This starts with the base chakra. So here us a simple exercise to help to keep it functioning at optimum.

  • Take your awareness to the vortex at the bottom of your spine and check it and if it feels as if it needs some work, visualise a red cube inside it.
  • After a few moments, intensify the colour and allow the cube to grow larger and see or sense the difference this shape and vibrant colour make to the vortex.
  • When you feel the chakra has been stabalised and strengthened by the image, let it fade.

This is an additional exercise you can do to strengthen your grounding mechanism after you have worked on your base chakra.

  • Place your awareness in the base chakra and set the intention you are going to send the red energy held there down to the feet chakras to activate them.
  • Now sent a stream of red energy down your right leg and then the left leg and let this energy flow into the ground, clearing both your feet chakras.
  • When the feet chakras feel clear and open, place your awareness in them and begin to use your breath to pull up golden earth energy. Feel it flow through your feet, up your legs and settle in the base chakra, tinging the red in the vortex with gold.
  • Do this until you are guided to stop, thank Mother for the blessing of her nurturing energy.
  • Ground and return.
