We seem to be going through a huge energetic shift at the moment, so grounding is becoming more and more important. Also, grounding repeatedly, even when you think you have done it is becoming more and more necessary. So, even if you think you are connected to the Earth because you completed your usual routine, do check from time to time during the day to make sure you are still safe and secure.

And, to enable you to ensure your connection is stable and you are deeply rooted in the Earth, you may find that clearing the energetic pathways between your base chakra and your feet chakras will help.

Some people ground by extending their prana tube (or central channel) from the base chakra and they visualise it going down into the earth. This does work extremely well, but it only grounds energy. It is better to actually include your physical body in your grounding exercises to enhance the whole of your connection to the Earth – on all levels. And this will work more efficiently if you clear the energy pathway from your base chakra to your feet chakras before you start.

After all, you can visualise all the roots you like coming out of your feet and going down into the earth, but if the system above your feet is blocked, there won’t be much energy actually flowing down into your roots to ground you! Cleaning this section of your system will allow the energy from the base chakra to flow without being interrupted by any blockages you have between there and your feet. Most of us have something, especially in the knees. The knee is connected to fear of moving forward and flexibility and quite a few people are having trouble with both these things at the moment.

So, how do you do this? You will need a double terminated clear quartz – this will have a point at both ends. It is the most efficient and effective way to do this exercise because the stone will draw any negative energy its finds in your legs into its crystalline matrix through both points. It will then transmute it within the matrix and send the positive energy straight back out again to fill the space left by the blockage that has just been cleared. Clever stuff really!

However, if you only have a single terminated quartz, it will still work, but probably not a quickly and you must always ensure the point is facing down to your feet while you are working. This directs the energy in the direction you need it to go – straight down into the Earth. If you are working with a double terminated, you should also have the crystal lying vertically along your leg, so it does the same thing.

You start by cleansing your base chakra, so your energy is ready to flow through it and run down the system into the ground. There are many ways to do this and you know the best way for you, so run with it! If you don’t, you can ask a helper or guide to do it for you, you can use SHK if you are attuned to Reiki,  or you can use a base chakra stone, placing it on the chakra with the clear intention that you want to cleanse the vortex completely with the crystalline energy. When you feel the chakra cleanse is complete you can move on to the rest of the exercise.

The next thing to do is to focus your intention for the exercise.  All quartz is empowered by thought forms – that is to say, the thought you direct – lovingly and gratefully please – towards your crystal will encourage it to do the work with you. It is always a co-creation when you work with a crystal, with both of you working together towards a common goal. You should ask your crystal to help you clear the energetic pathway between your base chakra and your feet chakras so you can enhance your ability to ground firmly in the Earth.

And, then you start to work with your crystal, doing one leg at a time, putting the crystal all along your leg in the following places.

Leave the crystal on each position for as long as you need to clear any blockages you find there.

• The top of the thigh between the base chakra and the thigh chakra
• The lower part of the thigh between the thigh chakra and the knee chakra
• The knee (in the middle of the knee cap) to clear both the knee itself and the knee chakra
• The middle of the shin
• The ankle – with the crystal directed down from the ankle bone towards the foot chakra in the middle of the arch of the foot.
• Under the foot to clear and activate the foot chakra
• Repeat with the other leg
• Thank your crystal and intend to ground and see how much easier it is to do now the energy pathway is clear.

Ideally, we would all like to step into the flow of life rather than resist it. But, for some strange reasons, there are times when we find we are unable to do it. We are stuck… utterly and completely. So here is a way to use carnelian and doing this exercise will bring you – momentum, flexibility, imagination and lightness, which is absolutely perfect as we move nearer and nearer towards spring. We certainly need to be flowing by Beltane on 31^st April/1^st May and this is a good first step towards the energy of that fabulous fire festival! We need to be really ready to go when it arrives!

So, if you fancy letting carnelian help you do this, here is how… and it’s really simple. You can use one stone or seven. If you have one, start at the base chakra and place your carnelian there for as long as you need to. You will feel the energy of flow start after the crystal has cleared the chakra and you will be fully aware of when you need to move it up to the next one, going all the way up to the crown.

However, if you are lucky enough to have seven pieces of carnelian, you can just lie down and put one stone on each chakra and you’re good to go. This is a bit more intense, but it will work in exactly the same way, bringing the same things into each energy centre… just all at once! It might not be the smartest choice if you are feeling a bit fragile. But if you are feeling stuck… it will certainly clear everything out!!

The flowing quality of the energy from your carnelian will allow you to learn how to move on if you are stuck in any unhealthy or unpleasant situations – in the world or just inside your own head!  It will help you flow through them and accept life, despite all the problems that sometimes manifest all around you. It helps you think and react in new ways, which is ultimately what enables you move on.

So, here’s what carnelian does in each chakra, so you can focus your intentions and help the crystal do more work in each energy entre. Be aware of anything the clearing process brings up in case you need to do some more work on it later with another crystal.

Base Chakra: the crystalline energy will bring flexibility to the way you deal with all your physical needs and desires.

Sacral Chakra: This is where carnelian really initiates flow in your system. It allows you to actually start flowing and approach the world around you in a more free, flexible and creative way. It will also bring these same qualities to the way you think about things in your life and free up any rigid thought patterns you may have; one way or another, they always end up causing you problems! One way it starts this process is to relieve pent up emotions and soften any hardened attitudes you may have.

Solar Plexus Charka: As the carnelian clears this energy centre, it will help you relax, which is always a wonderful feeling. After that, it will start to improve your self-confidence. It will make you feel really comfortable.

Heart Chakra: Carnelian always works well at the heart, even though it is not considered to be a heart stone. The message of carnelian is – since there is nothing but love, you have no choice but to love and love is then returned to you …. exponentially. Just hold that word in your mid for a while… it means the amount of love that returns to you keeps on and on increasing. Who wouldn’t want that? And, as if that wasn’t enough, it will also find all the tears you have not cried and release them in a calm, controlled way. It will do the same for any painful memories you may have stored on an emotional level. It helps you distance yourself from them before they are cleared out which is what makes it easier to deal with them.

Throat Chakra: Using carnelian at this chakra will allow you to clear any inhibitions you have about speaking your truth. All you have to do when you choose to work with the stone is be ready and willing to do this!

Brow Chakra: As the crystalline energy of carnelian flows into your mind through this chakra it will bring a new and very creative energy to your thoughts. It will also enable you to take new ideas on board more easily and, as an added bonus, it will free your own ideas from restriction and rigidity. After using carnelian here, there will be nothing to stop you doing anything at all!

Crown Chakra: Here carnelian helps you to find new and exciting ways to connect with your intuition, your helpers and guides and all the higher aspects of yourself which are currently available to you, just waiting to work with you. And it goes without saying that it will also help you connect with the Divine… in whatever form that takes for you personally.

The other way to work with carnelian in your chakras is to read the list shown above and, if one of the descriptions of how the stone works in one of the charkas really resonates with you, just go with working in that one area. You don’t have to work with all seven energy centres at once, though, I have to say, it is unbelievably nice! But, ultimately, what you do with this lovely and very loving stone is entirely up to you. Just be open to what you actually need when you work with it and run with that.

This is always the goal twice a year in spring and autumn. As the Earth comes into balance with twelve hours of light and darkness, so we do the same on an energetic level, though it’s not quite as easy for us. We actually have to do some releasing work to make sure we get to the same place on the same day as Mother!

So, here is a crystal exercise to help you release any unwanted energy before the big day tomorrow. Or any day when you are aware you are carrying energy you no longer need. It will work with any orange stone, but personally I would use carnelian because it encourages flow and that helps with the clearing and releasing and with re-calibrating your Four Body System at a new level afterwards. However, if you know you have to release any fearful feelings, use orange calcite since this is affectionately known as the “feel the fear and do it anyway” stone. It will help you let go of this particularly unpleasant emotion far more easily.

You can do the exercise at any time. It will always release any energy you no longer want or need. But, it is particularly helpful if you are frustrated by a long term difficulty and want to encourage it to shift. It will stimulate the creative flow of the sacral chakra, allowing you to shift your perception of whatever you are working with. This is always useful and as well as that it will ground any excess energy through the feet, helping you to remain calm and comfortable while you are working and co-creating your healing with your crystals. And, always remember to thank them for their help at the end!

All you have to do is set your intention for the exercise and place your orange stones in these places:

• One below each foot
• One just below the navel
• One just above the navel

The instructions say leave the stones for twelve minutes, but if you feel you need more time or even less to complete your release, please do that. You are in the energy of the release and the energy of your lovely orange stones, so you will know best!

There is lots of stuff out there on the archangels. The internet is full of it, so there is little point in me re-typing it, especially since it is never about what you read; it is always about how you relate to the angelic you have chosen to work with and your own personal journey with them. Information can only ever only point the way. You still have to choose what direction you want to take! But, if you are drawn to exploring – well, you must know how to use Google just as well as me!! All I want to do is focus on one aspect of one archangel today! Raziel and Light.

I like Raziel. I know I say that about all the angelics, but Raziel really is very user-friendly and, more important than that, the specific frequency of light he emits is seriously useful. He blasts out the full spectrum in all directions and the image most commonly associated with him is the rainbow. He is very bright if you look at him, or perceive him in other ways! After all, not everyone is visually oriented. So, this means he brings light to you on a massive scale and can literally en-lighten you in many, many ways, as well as bring enlightenment. This is good at a time when there is so much darkness around. Utilising Raziel’s light and embedding it in your Four Body System will help you remain balanced while everything around you is busy going to hell in the proverbial handbasket!

Rainbow light has a very high vibrational frequency because it is white light created when all seven frequencies of the full spectrum are combined. It can clear as well as nurture the whole of your energy system. It is fabulous! And, working with Raziel and his rainbow light will be really beneficial to you. It symbolises purity and enlightenment which is actually what we need the most at the moment.

You can connect with Raziel in the same way you would connect with any angelic – at any time, in any way that suits you, and a simple thing to do to access his frequency is just to sit with him while he radiates his rainbow light and let it flow from him to you. Your intention will allow the light to work anywhere in your Four Body System and determine exactly what it does.

A way to enhance your connection is to use a clear quartz because this is the crystalline version of Raziel in that it also radiates the full spectrum of light into your Four Body System. It is absolutely perfect to use while you meditate with him. It also handily doubles the amount of available light you have to work with if it is coming from Raziel and your crystal! There is, of course, a danger you will end up glowing!

Raziel does lots of things to help you move forward on your earthwalk. The list is, like it is with all angelics, is seemingly endless. So, as I said earlier, if you are drawn to investigating further, please do, but a good place to start is always by using his rainbow light and you can move on from there.

Once you have worked with the light and cleansed your system, it makes doing other things with Raziel much easier, especially on a deeper level, because you don’t have to plough your way through the rubbish on the surface. You can go straight to the deep-seated stuff and make real progress. And, if you have already done a lot of work before you call him in, you can just use the rainbow light to keep your system clean and your vibratory rate high. That is a blessing in and of itself for those of us who have been clearing out our rubbish for years!

Raziel Meditation

• If you want to use a clear quartz – sit with it quietly, attuning to its energy and the light it is emitting.
• Then ask Raziel to join you and take a moment to consciously attune to his energy. Be aware it is an intense white light and it will be radiating out of him in all directions.
• Once you have attuned to this light – ask Raziel to split it for you, so you can perceive all the frequencies that are held within it. You will see his rainbow light it all its glory.
• Now set the intention to breathe this light into your aura to cleanse it.
• Keep breathing until you get the sense this has been done and then set the intention to breathe it in to your central channel – the pranic tube that runs from the crown chakra to the base chakra.
• On the in breath, keep drawing the rainbow light in through the crown until the channel is full and any debris has been dissolved in the intensity of the light and then add an additional intention. Breathe the rainbow in, let it build in the channel during a short pause and then on the out breath send it blasting out through all the chakras, cleansing them.
• When the chakra system has been cleared, set the intention to clear the Four Body System in the same way and, on the in breath, keep drawing the rainbow light in through the crown until the central channel is full, let it build in the channel during a short pause and then, on the out breath, send it flowing gently out through the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body, cleansing them all of anything you are ready to release at this time.
• Just sit breathing in and out and stay in this beautiful space for as long as you want to. Then ask Raziel to disconnect you from his light.
• Thank Raziel, ground and return your awareness to your body.

Additional things you can do once you have cleansed your system with the rainbow light.

• Raziel creates a connection between you and whatever you perceive as Divinity – Source/God/Goddess/Universe. It’s different for everyone. But you can ask him to enhance this connection for you, or activate it on a higher level and then breathe the rainbow light into your crown chakra. All you have to do is keep breathing and let Raziel do the rest.
• Raziel helps you re-connect with your intuition and your own deep inner wisdom. You never lose it. You just need reminding it’s still there really. So, ask him to enhance your ability to connect with all your intuitive gifts or activate them on a new higher level. Breathe the rainbow light into your brow chakra, keep breathing and, once again, let Raziel do the rest.
• A very quick way to experience Raziel’s light in a beautiful and powerful way is to ask him to join you and ask him to send his light from his heart chakra to your heart chakra. This way you get this wonderful rainbow with the additional energy of the Divine Unconditional Love that Raziel holds in his heart for all of us. Just breathe it in, allow it to clear your heart, and expand it, so you can take in more and more of his rainbow light. It is lovely, but if you do this… as you have been blessed by Raziel, so you must bless in return. After a while, when you are completely full of his energy, add an additional intention for your breath work. Keep breathing in Raziel’s light and love, but on the out breath, send this exquisite combination of energy out of your heart to any who are in need of a blessing on the earthplane.

Raziel will always shine light into darkness, so why not let him shine a bit into your life and illuminate you. Let him help you see what old, out-dated energy needs to be shifted and released. He will be ready and willing to help, as long as you actually ask!

And, if you keep seeing rainbow flashes of light… well, this is just Raziel’s way of letting you know that you are not paying attention to all the other ways he has been gently trying to nudge you in his direction!

All you really have to do is invite him to join you during your meditations and ask him to clear you of anything that stops you connecting with your Authentic Self. Everything he does eventually comes down to just that. You can look at the lists, choose what you think you need from any of them, but, at the end of the day, he will just help you clear all the rubbish from your life – and all other lifetimes – until all that is left is just …. YOU! What more could you ask from an angelic guide?

Well, except the one thing that Raziel has that other angelics don’t always have … MAGIC!! He is the angelic version of Merlin and, when you have been working with him a while, and have done your clearing work… he will bring that into your life in most unexpected ways!! In fact, on many of those lists magic is one of his key words… and who doesn’t want some of that in their life!

Use can selenite to cleanse the whole of your Four Body System and boost your spiritual growth and it is astonishingly effective. But, please be aware that it is a very, very powerful stone with an exceedingly high frequency, so please check that it is appropriate for you to start using it. There are plenty of other crystals that are good at dissolving blockages and you can use these instead.

It will not take very long for the selenite to clear negative energy and, once it had gone, the stone will create a smooth flow of energy through the whole of your system. It will also bring calmness and peacefulness to your mind and your body, mainly by relieving stress and anxiety.

All you need to do is sit with your stone in your non-dominant hand with the intention of drawing the energy in to your body through your palm chakra with each in breath. Or you can rub your fingers gently along the striations. Do whatever you want. It’s your journey with the stone.

Another alternative is to sit with the stone beneath your feet to clear the feet chakras which will allow you to connect with the earth more easily and increase the flow of earth energy into your system to nurture your physical body.

You can also cleanse your aura really quickly which is always useful after a tough day! Hold the stone a few inches away from your body – with the striations running top to bottom – and, starting at the top of the head, gently move it down to the ground. Do the front back and each side with the intention of removing any negativity stuck in the auric sheath.

Note: if you are doing this technique on yourself and you can’t reach the back, do the front twice, once with the intention of doing the back. It will still work! Also, if the stone feels stuck and won’t continue going down to the floor, it indicates a large blockage which needs a bit more work. Just imagine your stone is a cloth and keep wiping the spot to clear the congestion until it starts moving again.

If you want to use it in the chakra system, a good place to start is to hold the stone at the heart. It will download its energy into your system and it will spread everywhere.

None of these things take more than five or six minutes – though you can work for longer if you want to. So, it is very easy to fit them into a busy day and keep your vibrational rate high and strong, which is the most important thing for us to do these days. Anything that keeps us out of low vibrational energy is a blessing and this stone is very good at it.

One thing – do not clean this stone with water. It is solidified sea water from an ancient ocean, so if you add water… you will eventually get water. It will dissolve!!

With the arrival of Imbolc, you have finally reached the beginning of your outward cycle of growth; it is the time to turn away from looking inward and start looking outward again. All the seeds you planted during the dark time of the year have germinated, so now you need to nurture all your  nice, new green shoots… the first signs of everything you want to achieve this year.

And, I have the perfect crystal to kick start this whole process – pyrite. This amazing stone contains the energy of golden sunlight – just the thing for any of those new green shoots you may have waiting to turn into something completely wonderful!

A ridiculously easy way to access this stimulating energy is to hold a piece of pyrite in each hand, with the intention of drawing its energy into your system through the palm chakras. It will instantly re-balance you and it will give you an astonishing, not to mention refreshing burst of energy. It’s really good and incredibly quick as well. So, why don’t you give it a go? And, you will absorb more energy if you cleanse your palm chakras first… all sorts of dense energy can get stuck inside them!

Another way to use pyrite is to set the intention that you want to use the vibrations emitted by the stone to manifest your personal energy fully and completely on the earthplane. You won’t be able to help any of your green shoots grow unless you are truly here… fully in the NOW moment, and pyrite will enable you  to do this. If you only have one piece, use it in the base chakra and move it up to the sacral and then the solar plexus during your meditation. Let it stimulate you, your physical body and fill you with energy, so you are really, seriously ready to go and do absolutely anything!

If you are lucky enough to have lots of pyrites, you can hold a piece in each hand, place a piece on the solar plexus to energise you, and place another piece on the base chakra to ground you. This also anchors your aura and your subtle bodies to both the earth and your physical body and allows your spiritual self to function at optimum in the physical realm.

One of the best things about using pyrite is the fact that as soon as you pick it up, it transfers the high-frequency energy it emits directly into your physical body, and this will then activate your creativity in many, many ways. Handily, it will also stimulate the creative flow of ideas and concepts. It’s perfect really, and all you have to do is allow your pyrite to show you lots of new and exciting ways to embrace your innate abilities and your unique and limitless potential…. and you are good to go! This, after all, is always what will ultimately make a huge difference in your life. Owning that you are fabulous!

And, yes I really did say limitless – any limitation you have in your life is always self-imposed. You are only fooling yourself if you think someone else is doing it! So, maybe it’s time to just get over yourself and admit how great you really are, not to mention how much you can really achieve if you put your mind to it! And, pyrite is the stone you need to help do this.

One of the other things pyrite does to help you see. It is a bright, shiny stone, so its reflective surface will mirror back to you anything that you are trying to hide, anything that keeps you stuck in a less-than consciousness, rather than a splendid more-than consciousness, and once you have identified any blockages it means you can release them.

Pyrite will always let you see yourself as you truly are rather than how you perceive yourself to be. The energy of the stone strips away any illusions you have about yourself and presents you with the truth of who you really are. So, be prepared for this to happen if you start working with it and use anything you discover about yourself as a way to embody more of your Authentic Self.

An affirmation associated with pyrite is:

I succeed in all my endeavours.

If you want to work with the power of these words, set the intention that you want to resonate your solar plexus with them, and keep repeating the affirmation – out loud so the Universe knows you are serious about it – until you feel the chakra is completely full of these positive vibrations and then just let the energy work within the chakra, doing whatever it needs to do to help you succeed in ….everything!

And, pyrite, of course, will make the exercise more effective because it is a stone of action, will and vitality – all qualities which will fire you up to achieve absolutely anything. Its ability to allow you to tap into your potential will also help with this as well. Just hold the stone at the solar plexus while you work with your sound.

Another way to make this exercise work in a very powerful – and empowering – way is to meditate with the pyrite before you use your sound, with the intention of asking it to help you to see what is blocking you from succeeding, so you can release the energy from the chakra before you use the affirmation. It will make the resonance of the words work in astonishing ways inside the vortex.

So, with the energy of Imbolc supporting you – use energy of pyrite to grow and expand and, of course, succeed in everything!

All this week I have been watching cars… not something I usually do while I am at work, but there are roadworks at the end of the street. There is also a road closure, but very few people are actually taking any notice of it. There are so many signs saying you cannot turn right at the end of the road it is quite ridiculous, but, astonishingly, drivers are still driving  straight up to the barrier, putting their indicators on and expecting to turn right… and they have been doing it repeatedly … for days.

It has become so bad that workmen are not actually working any more. They are lined up at the barriers to make sure that people don’t  ignore the signs and turn right…  and drive straight down into the big hole in the road, I assume. Some of the poor men have even had to take huge amounts of verbal abuse from people who are insisting they should be able to turn right, whether the road is closed or not. There have been times when I could hardly believe it and, scarily, times when it has been all too easy to believe since “me as the centre of the universe” is such a common attitude now. I seriously don’t like it at all!

But, I digress… the point of mentioning the roadworks is this – I want you to take a moment out of your busy day and check that you are not behaving like some of these daft drivers.

We have just come to the end of a 9 year and we spent most of the twelve stressful months clearing rubbish from our systems – thought patterns, behaviour patterns. You name it we found it, we worked with it and we darn well went ahead and cleared it… over and over again. Most of us worked so hard that by the time we came to this year we were completely exhausted!

But, now, of course, the trouble is this – we were probably  stuck in those old patterns for so long there is a chance that they have become our automatic responses to certain situations and we could be those drivers… just driving down that road and expecting to do the same thing as we always did when we get to the end.  We would have done or thought the same thing for years, always reacted the same way for years, always expected the world to react the same if we did the same thing… the trouble is…. none of that is true anymore.

So, please take the time to check that all your new ways of thinking and behaving are up and running and that you are not slipping back into any of the old, redundant ways. You seriously don’t need to do that anymore.  You are free to embrace totally new ways of being, thinking, behaving, and it really is time to make the most of the nice shiny new version of you that you created by doing  vast amounts of clearing work last year. You don’t want to give that old version any opportunities to raise its ugly head and sabotage you! Find new things to do and discover different ways of reacting, especially if repeating patterns are coming up for you.

One way of doing this is to use crystals to keep your brow chakra clear and, of course, your mind free from all those old, deeply embedded responses.

If you work on this energy centre, it will help you to remove fear as a default response to anything that appears in your life to challenge you, especially the fear of thinking and behaving in new, unfamiliar ways. It will help you trust that the world simply is not going to end just because you don’t do what you have always done for donkeys years. This in turn will then allow you to have a fabulous and truly abundant life…and who wouldn’t want that?

Also, the crystals will help you make a deeper, more appropriate connection to your intuition and the higher versions of yourself that can help you through this tricky transitional period. The stones will also help you tap into the knowledge held by the higher versions of yourself (higher self and your soul, depending on where you are on your journey) and access their wisdom and power, which, of course, is really yours anyway. You’ve just forgotten! It’s all there inside you. You just have to accept that and run with it really!

Amethyst would be a really good stone to use at the brow chakra. There are many countless reasons why you should do this and I could be typing forever if I tried to put them all in a blog. It’s an amazingly effective stone. But, I want to go with this advice – if you are drawn to using amethyst just: GO FOR IT!

Don’t worry about what the stone does. Just focus on whether or not it is the best thing for you to use. If it is, you will know, and choosing this way will help you start to make empowered choices about using crystals rather than depending on your mind to make the choice for you by looking at endless lists telling you exactly what it can do for you.

Amethyst is a wonderful crystal and it works.  Seriously, what else do you need to know? It’s really more about is – it the right intuitive choice for you when you want to do some work! Whatever happens, this lovely version of quartz will always bring intense spiritual growth whatever you do with it, and, surely, that is what we all want, isn’t it?

Another stone to consider using is sodalite. It will help you enormously if you want to do this kind of work. So, just do the same thing – feel around whether or not it is the right stone for you to use. It is already a brow chakra stone, so its vibrational frequency will work well in this energy centre. Just focus on finding out if it is the right one, if it will benefit you to work with it.

One way of doing this and starting to choose this way is to take a piece of amethyst and a piece of sodalite, line them up in front of you and set the intention that you want your eyes to be drawn to the one you need to use the most. Trust me, it will work every, single time!

And, of course, as always, you are the authority on your journey on the earthplane and, if you find you are drawn to another brow chakra crystal… run with it!! You always know the vibration you lack… always…. so your job is to allow yourself to be drawn to this vibration in crystalline form and use that particular stone with conscious intent to adjust your frequency and re-calibrate your system. It really is that simple!

So, please take a look at all your responses and make sure they really, truly are appropriate ones for the new you. Most of us did so much work last year that we deserve to be embracing a new, easier way this year!

But, it always comes down to a choice at the end of the day. So are you reacting in the old ways… or responding to situations … what is your:

response-ability

i.e. the ability to respond to a situation and make empowered choices to deal with it rather than allowing yourself to be dis-empowered by it all.

Okay – there I was minding my own business and the Angels of Water decide they want to play. It was not exactly what I was expecting, but you never argue with angels when they turn up in front of you!! They are lovely angelics and they really deserve an entire blog of their own, but they were only there to make sure I found another angel who is also associated with the water element. They disappeared into the aethers once their job was done, bless them!

So who is this angel? It did not surprise me to discover that, as well as doing lots of other things, he is also the Angel of Thursday!

The Universe … and the angelics … have a perverse sense of humour!

Anyway – Sachiel, along with being an Angel of Water, is also the Angel of Wealth, Success and Prosperity. So, in a 3 year which is all about creative expression and manifestation, he seems like the perfect angel to make your new best friend!

However, despite all the things I read about him – and there was a lot- this was my very favourite description of what it was like when he arrived: Connecting with Sachael is like getting cleansed energetically and physically by a vibrant waterfall of love.

I mean, seriously, who wouldn’t want that? So, as soon as you get a few spare minutes – ask him to come and join you and allow him to let his energy flow straight from his heart to your heart.

You can do many things with Sachiel, just as you can with any angelic, but one of the most amazing things to do is actually chant his name and use the sound the clear the whole of your Four Body System.

SOUND + INTENT = HEALING OR RESULT

So, as always, the thought you have before you make your sound will always determine what it does. So what do you want the vibration of Sachiel’s name to do? Clearing old, stagnant and redundant energy from the whole of the Four Body System always works for me, so I would always start there and then see if anything else needs to be done. Or, if you are aware of any negative energy stuck in a particular chakra, aim the sound there. Go with what feels right for you because you know how you feel and how much rubbish you need to clear!

His name is pronounced:

SAH-CHEE-EL.

Just chant each part, elongating the sound you make and keep repeating it until you really feel the sound vibrating within you and around you in your energy system and subtle bodies.

Sachiel also supports you when you want to expand and grow in lots of new and exciting ways, so another way to use the sound of his name is to chant it with the intention of using the vibration to clear anything which is stopping you grow on all levels- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Works for me every time! So what have you got to lose? Not a lot really, but you have everything to gain!

Lastly, Sachiel loves to help people reconnect with their true authentic self, their soul and their purpose for incarnating on the earthplane at this time. So, you can do the same thing – chant his powerful name with the intention of using the vibration to clear anything which is stopping you doing this … again on all levels because we are very good at blocking this sort of thing.

There are lots of other things you can discover about Sachiel. He is a seriously nice angelic to work with, but as a sound healer, I always look at it from that angle and chanting the names of any angels is always an astonishing way to use their energy and your energy together to get a fabulous result.

Why not do yourself a favour and give it a go? And, remember, it’s not called singing healing. You don’t have to make a beautiful sound. You can just speak the three parts of his name if you are not keen to be heard, or risk chanting it in the more accepted way. It is just about allowing the syllables to come out of your mouth with the intention of helping you move forward on your journey.

Journeying with Sekhmet

Sekhmet is one of the oldest known Egyptian deities. Her name is derived from the Egyptian word Sekhem and is often translated as the Powerful One. She is simply astonishing and to work with her it is even more astonishing!

I will be doing more evenings with her. I have no idea what we will do. The only thing I can say for certain is I will be there and Sekhmet will be there. If you have worked with her before, you know how powerful this will be. If you haven’t, it will be an adventure. Whatever happens while we work with her, it will change you in profound ways.

Well, I think December must be a sort of take your pick month for the angelics. When I started checking who it was there were loads of names. Some were associated with the month and some were associated with people born at specific times during the month.

I have to say, it all made me smile… as if any angelic would limit themselves to offering support and guidance during only one month or one week. They are, happily, available to us at all times, no matter what has been written about them on Google!! So maybe it is time to take your pick of the angels associated with this month. Just see which one resonates with you and spend a little time with them to see what they can do to help you on your journey towards wholeness.

Or, here’s a radical thought – pick any angel whether they are associated with December or not! You’ll know if another is calling to you or trying desperately to attract your attention! Make an empowered choice not to be limited by the information available to you in books, articles or on the internet. Go with your own deep inner knowing!

But, just in case you want to play with a December angel. Here is some information –

SANDALPHON

This is my personal favourite for December. I like him a lot (though some people see him as a her. It doesn’t really matter because all angels are both him and her!) and he is responsible for the earthstar chakra. So it is his job to keep you stable and secure on the earthplane. That is always handy at this time of year! He also helps you create a secure link between heaven and earth, so you can hold high frequency energy more easily as a blessing to those who are in need of it at this time… which is just about everyone really!

Another thing he is very good at is helping you to tap into the power of the Divine…. what ever you perceive that to be and he certainly helps you learn to trust in yourself, your skills and your gifts and talents. He is a grand angel and he likes to help you achieve all your dreams.

HANAEL

Hanael is an angel of joy (like Haniel, though they are two different angels) and pleasure. He likes to bring beauty into your life as well as harmony and peace, and all of those qualities a can be extremely useful at this time of year! So it is always worth finding a few moments to get to know this angel!

The Seven Guardian Angels of December. These are the angelics who look after people who are born at specific times in December. But, trust me, they will help anyone! The date you were born does not matter in the slightest to any of the angelics!!

DANIEL– November 28 to December 02. I like the idea of Daniel, mainly because he is the Angel of Eloquence. What a fabulous title! He is obviously linked to communication and inspiration and he will always help when you are having difficulty making yourself heard or understood. He will also encourage you to speak the truth. Lastly, as most angelics multi-task, he is the Angel of Mercy and Comfort too, and being comforted by an angel is a wonderful feeling. Try it!

HAHASIAH– December 03 to 07 – this angel is the Angel of The Universal Medicine, so he is one of the many, many healing angels. His gift is to help you see and understand the root cause of any illness, so you can clear it from the whole of your Four Body System.  He will help you release all the blockages associated with the physical symptoms rather than just helping you deal with them. They will always return unless you clear everything, including the mental, emotional and spiritual components of the physical problem. It is never just a physical problem!

IMAMIAH – December 08 to 12 – This angelic is the Angel of Errors, so he helps you see them, acknowledge them, understand them and take responsibility for them before he helps you sort them out… otherwise you’re not really sorting them out, are you? You’re just finding another way to bury them or giving yourself an opportunity to repeat them at a later date! How daft is that! It will be easier to let Imamiah help you get rid of them one and for all and, handily, the qualities associated with him are courage, strength and vigor which will be just what you need to do this! He will help you set yourself free from just about anything that is holding you back, spiritually or physically, and that includes your own negative feelings because we are usually our own worst enemy!

NANAEL – December 13 to 16 – This angelic is the Angel of Spiritual Communication and his job is to help you grow and expand on a spiritual level. What this actually means to you depends on where you are on your spiritual journey, but any help is always good! He will also help you learn to appreciate privacy and peace and quiet – what a gift at this completely mad time of year!

NITHAEL– December 17 to 21 – I like this one because he is the Angel of Eternal Youth. Not only does he wake up your lovely inner child, so you are filled with energy, beauty and youth, he will also help you work with and clear any problems associated with your childhood.

MEBAHIAH – December 22 to 26 – This angel has a title and a half. It is the Angel of Intellectual Lucidity. That is quite a mouthful, but basically, if you work with him, he will help you gain knowledge. This is usually specifically associated with understanding your surroundings, so you can perceive everything about any difficult situations you find yourself in and you can see the lesson they hold for you. This usually means you won’t get stuck in horrible places for a long, long time.

POYEL – December 27 to 31 – This angelic is the Angel of Support and Fortune and, fabulously, he will bring fortune and abundance in to your life, so he is a particularly good angel to work with at the end of the year. It means you can take this energy with you into the new year in January. He is absolutely perfect really, bless him! He will offer support in difficult situations and he will fill you with hope, positive thoughts and optimism. Again, this is wonderful for the end of one cycle of growth in 2018 and the start of a new one in 2019. So, since he rules over fame and fortune and grants absolutely everything, he is perhaps the most perfect angel to journey with at the end of this particular month! But, most of all, with Poyel, I like the fact that he will bring so much abundance that you will just have to pass it on.

So, you have an abundance of angels to choose from this month. Pick one or try all of them!! It will be a blessing what ever you decide to do.
