Too Many Thoughts Inside your Head?

If you are all over the place after the supermoon at the weekend, here is a crystal tip to help you pull any excess energy out of your head. If it’s been whizzing round and round as it has for most people, if nothing else, it will be a huge relief to get rid of it! The crystals will initiate a flow to draw the energy away from your head and then they will ground it.

It is really easy and all you have to do is lay down and relax with the crystals placed on your body for 15-20 minutes.

You will need an amethyst, a lapis lazuli and a smokey quartz and the placement is as shown below:

Amethyst – Brow Chakra

Lapis Lazuli – Throat Chakra

Smokey Quartz – Base Chakra.

All you need to do is lay down, place the crystals on the three chakras and set your intention, which is for all your lovely stones to draw any excess mental energy out of your head, grounding it effortlessly through your base chakra.

Then, if you want to discover why you had so many thoughts or what caused them in the first place, after you have used this simple layout to calm your mind and lower your vibrational rate, put the amethyst and smokey quartz to one side, clean your piece of lapis lazuli and put it on your brow chakra.

The key word for this crystal is self-knowledge, so meditating with it on the brow chakra, with a clear intention of learning something about yourself is always immensely useful, not to mention startlingly effective. Lapis doesn’t take any prisoners when it is used this way, but, if like me, you really want to know what’s going on, so you have a chance to change it …  well, just go for it!

But, if it is uncomfortable or you get anxious while you are working… always remember that this is your journey, and you can do it at your own pace. Just stop and try again another time. It’s not a failure. All you have to do is change your point of view and see the exercise as shifting the first layer of the blockage you are looking for, so it will be easier to reach the next one when you sit with the crystal again.

HEART CHI

I have no idea why I am so focussed on the heart at the moment, but since I have learned never to question what pops into my head when I am writing, I am just running with it!

So here is what I am assuming will be the last exercise for your heart. It will help you replenish your heart chi.

  • Set your intention for the exercise – which is to replenish your heart chi.
  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms open at the same level as your heart. They should be straight out as if you are about to embrace a large and lovely tree!
  • Now reach down with your arms with the intention of connecting with the earth chi in the ground below your feet. Use your hands to gather some of it up and holding it between your hands bring it up to the centre of your chest. Then gently place it in the heart area so it can spread all over the body.
  • Now reach up with the intention of connecting with the heavenly chi in the air above you. Use your hands to gather some of it up and holding it between your hands bring it down to the centre of your chest. Then gently place it in the heart area so it can spread all over the body.
  • Repeat five more times.
  • Ground firmly and return you attention to your surroundings.

This is a lovely exercise, so enjoy!

More Help for Your Heart

There is a good way to help your heart using two acupressure points.

It is also really quick and simple, and it can be easily slotted into even a busy day. So why not give it a go.

During these strange and sometimes stressful times, any help you can give your body will be extremely beneficial. And, although the exercise below says press firmly for seven seconds, if you get the feeling you need to do this for a little longer, you can hold the position for up to a minute.

So, here is the exercise:

  • Start with your left hand and turn it so your palm is facing you. The points are on the underside of the hand, not the top.
  •  Then using your right hand, press your right thumb nail firmly against the first joint of the middle finger. Hold for seven seconds and repeat three times.
  • Now move to your little finger and use your right thumb nail to press firmly against the first joint.  Hold for seven seconds and repeat three times.
  • Now repeat both points on the right hand, using your left thumb nail to press firmly against both joints.

All you have to do when you are working like this is trust yourself and trust your body to let you know what help it needs. It is really only waiting for you to listen. Usually, most people are just too busy, but it is always good to know what your body is trying to say to you!

Sound and Colour Exercise to Help your Heart

If your heart feels a bit battered… if you feel exhausted mentally and emotionally sometimes with everything that’s going on… well, here is an exercise to help your physical heart. There is always a lot of focus on the heart chakra, but right now it is your physical heart that will be taking a great deal of the strain. So, here’s something to make it feel just a little better.

You can do it for as long as you like and as often as you like. It will always help.

So will smiling at your physical heart, from time to time and sending it love and appreciation for everything it does for you … every moment of every day, even when you are not even aware of it!

Although the usual sound used to resonate the heart is AH, I am recommending another one – HAW.

AH is actually better for the heart chakra, though it is such a lovely sound it is beneficial whenever you make it and wherever you send it! And if you are drawn to use it rather than the one below, please do. It is, after all, your body and your sound!

But HAW is used in Chinese Traditional Medicine, as is the red chi mentioned below, and, together, they work really well for the physical heart.

And it is important to always remember that this is your sound, no one else’s. So make it as loud as you like, as long as you like and use a tone that suits you and your heart. You may find that after working for a while, the tone changes as the energy in your heart changes. Just go with whatever comes out of your mouth!

Your body always knows the frequency it lacks, so just give it a chance to replace it. Toning like this is a way to lend your body a voice since it doesn’t have one of its own.

So, why not give it a go?

  • Ground firmly
  • Sit and focus on your breath, setting your intention for your sound and breath work.
  • Now connect with your physical heart. See it or sense it in the left-hand side of your chest and use your in breath to draw red chi into the organ and use your out breath to exhale anything your heart does not need – tension, stress hormones, toxins, negative emotional energy. You know your heart so you will know what you need to clear from your heart.
  • And, on your out breath, make the sound HAW.
  • Repeat for as long as you need to make sound.
  • Ground and return your attention to your surroundings … and don’t forget to smile at your heart again!

Another exercise you can do using red chi and the Haw sound is:

  • Ground firmly
  • Sit and focus on your breath, setting your intention for your sound and breath work.
  • Now connect with your physical heart. See it or sense it in the left-hand side of your chest and use your in breath to draw red chi into the organ and use your out breath to exhale anxiety which gathers in the physical heart.
  • And, on your out breath, make the sound HAW.
  • Repeat for as long as you need to make sound.
  • Ground and return your attention to your surroundings … and don’t forget to smile at your heart again!

Enjoy this time you spend with your heart. It will benefit you and the whole of your physical body!

Blue Breathing

This simple technique is designed to detox the body, mind and spirit and is perfect for most of us at the moment if we have lots of negativity either in us or around us.  It can be used to:

  • release the energetic resonance of fear directly from the kidneys
  • clear the mind
  • release anxiety
  • centre yourself

So choose one of the above so you can really focus on it properly and start by setting your intention that you want your breathwork and the resonance of the colour blue to help you achieve whatever goal you have chosen while you are working.

You can do the exercise several times if you want to so you can cover all the things on the list. But if you only have time to do one, I recommend you choose to release fear. It is stored in the kidneys and, if you can get rid of it, the knock on effect with cover clearing the mind, releasing anxiety and centring yourself.

  • Ground firmly.
  • Close your eyes and focus on your breath
  • See or sense or visualise a blue sphere above your head and on the in breath, draw it down through the crown chakra, pause so the colour fills the chakra and then on the out breath push it down to the abdominal area, filling this part of your body.
  • Do this for several minutes until you start to feel you are resonating at the frequency of the colour you are working with.
  • Now cup your hands around your kidneys and feel your body start to relax as it responds to the attention you are focusing in this area.
  • Now continue to draw the blue light from the sphere above you into the abdominal area on your inbreath and on your outbreath intend that the light is going to push out whatever you have chosen to get rid of from your kidneys. If you feel it gathering in your hands, remove them and shake the energy away.
  • Continue until both kidneys feel better and free of negative energy.
  • Ground and return your awareness to the room, releasing the blue sphere before you come back to full waking consciousness.

This is a simple exercise and it can be done at any time. The only other thing you have to do is drink water afterwards. It helps the kidneys because their element is water, so it will nurture them after you have been working. It will also help clear through any physical blockages after you have worked on energetic ones.

If it is too awkward to keep your hands on your kidneys just touch this area of your body before you start the exercise and just use your breath to move the blue energy through them, forcing any stagnant energy out of them.

Also, if you feel like enlisting some angelic help while you do this… well, remember that Michael’s angelic ray is blue, so ask him to place a sphere of his angelic light above your head and use that.

And, one last thing, if you tune into your kidneys and they don’t want blue light… well, your body always knows what frequency it lacks. Just ask your kidneys what colour they need to help with their detox process and use that!

I hope this helps you detox and keeps you free of at least some of the negativity that is floating around in the aether. Sensitives will be picking it up and it needs to be released, sometimes on a very regular basis.

Strengthening Your Aura

Using clear quartz as shown below will allow you to keep the integrity of your auric sheath intact without activating negative thought forms about the need for protection.

If you strengthen your aura because you are afraid of incoming negative energy, you are  generating it yourself inside your energy system, so although you will block other peoples’ negativity, stopping it from reaching you, you are also trapping your own fear and concern inside your aura with you!

It is always better to strengthen the aura in a way that does not engage any thoughtforms which will lower your overall vibrational rate.

So, find a clear quartz point who would like to help you do this and:

  • Ground firmly.
  • Clean the quartz and ask it if it will transfer its powerful crystalline vibration into the whole of your energy field, but in particular you would like the vibrations from your quartz to strengthen your aura. And then you can be quite confident that once your aura is filled with the vibration from your quartz, nothing will touch you!
  • Sit with the quartz in your palm, point away from your body, for twenty minutes. You can visualise the energy transferring from the stone to your aura if you wish or simply let it work on its own. It knows what to do!
  • At the end use the quartz point to trace the outline of your aura with the point as you are guided, with the very clear intention that you would like the crystal to transfer its energy to the outer edge of your aura sheath field to strengthen You do the front and then change your intention when you do the front a second time, making it clear that you are doing the back because you can’t reach behind you to complete the task.
  • Thank your quartz and ground firmly.

To enhance this process, you can include flourite, placing it in the other palm or between your feet while you work.

It is an astonishingly good crystal to use when strengthening your aura because it works on the outer edge of your aura automatically when you hold or wear it. It also grounds very effectively which is good if you are filling your energy system with high vibrational vibrations from your quartz. They balance each other beautifully.

You can also set the intention you would like the quartz to amplify the energy of the fluorite if you want to.

How to Give your Body a Helping Hand

Making sound is extremely beneficial for the physical body and one sound in particular is good for… well, a great deal of things.

When you tone HA it will shift your vibrational rate quickly, allowing you to move out of lower vibrational states more easily and the body just loves it. And the way you have to breathe to do the exercise also improves the functioning of the immune system, which is a seriously good thing at the moment.

It also detoxifies the blood and body tissues.

And, as if that is not enough, it helps you relax and raises your energy levels.

I mean seriously, what is not to like about all that?

And it is ridiculously easy to do as well.

As I said, the sound is HA …but when you make it you elongate it, so it comes out as HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

So, to do this:

  • Place your hands on knees, palms up
  • Focus on your breath as you would when you start any meditation.
  • Set the intention that you want to make this sound in order to help your body and to raise your vibrational rate to the most perfect one for you at this the time you do the exercise.
  • Now breathe in and out through the mouth, making the HAA sound on the out breath, holding it as long as you can without straining. The time will lengthen as you repeat the exercise.
  • Continue toning the HAA sound until you are guided by your body to stop.
  • Ground and return your awareness to your surroundings.

I hope your body loves you a lot more when you start doing this!

What are you Focusing on Today?

In this strange time, why don’t you take a minute to see exactly what your mind is focused on. There is a good chance that some of the time it could well be fear… fear of the future, fear of being ill, fear of losing everything, fear of…

Well, you name it and someone somewhere is probably afraid of it right now. And since fear can sometimes be…

EVIDENCE

APPEARING

REAL

What can you do about it? It doesn’t matter if it is a real fear or an imaginary one. The result inside you is exactly the same so the only thing you can do is find a way to change your mind because you can’t just stop being afraid if you are afraid. It doesn’t work that way. Or at least try and fill your mind with something less stressful occasioanlly.

So, what can you do to change the thoughts that are whizzing round inside your head and exhausting you most of the time?

One way if to focus on the word that is the exact opposite of fear and that is love. There are only two real emotional states … love and fear… and every other emotion is just a different aspect of those two emotional states. So, if you want to get rid of fear you need to start focusing on the only thing that can get rid of it. And, that is love.

 So, below is an exercise designed to help you focus on a word to the exclusion of everything else and it is an excellent place to start. If nothing else, at least while you are doing it there won’t be any space in your mind for a fearful thought…. unless, of course, you let it creep in. And if you do, you have to start asking yourself why, quickly followed by what you intend to do about it because, ultimately, you are responsible for any emotional state you are stuck in. No one else makes you feel anything. You decide what goes on inside your head. Another person cannot make you think and thought and have an emotional response to it and if you ever say someone made you feel a certain way… well, all you are doing is fooling yourself.  Your thoughts are just that…. Your thoughts, so maybe it’s time to take a little responsibility for that and try and make a change to help you out of the rabbit hole most of us keep disappearing down on a fairly regular basis at the moment. There is always a way out… you just have to make an effort to find it from time to time.

So, below is the exercise. If it resonates with you, give it a go. And, if you aren’t drawn to the word love… find another one. It doesn’t really matter what word you end up using. It’s just a way to clear your head of all the thoughts you don’t want… a re-education if you like! When you do something like this you are just teaching your mind that you no longer like the thoughts you are having and you want to choose something else.

Gratitude would be a good word to choose, but you’ll know the word for you, so just run with it when you find it!

  • Relax and focus on your breath

  • Take your awareness into your body and intend that you are fully present there.

  • The word you are focusing on is: love.

  • Repeat the word out loud and feel the resonance in your physical body. See if there are any places in your body that resist the vibration of this beautiful, but powerful word. If you find any, set the intention that you want the word to resonate in that spot until the resistance has gone and then continue with the exercise.

  • Now place your awareness in your chakras and each layer of the aura that is associated with them and feel the resonance there when you speak the word. Look for the resistance again and repeat the word until it goes.

  • Now place your awareness in your Four Body System and feel the resonance in each body – emotional, mental and spiritual – when you speak the word. Look for the resistance again and repeat the word until it goes.

  • Now create a mental image of the letters that make up the word and focus on that. Concentrate on every letter in this word, on every syllable. Listen to them and look at them. Utter every sound in this word; at first slowly and quietly and gradually increase the intensity. Feel the letters – L, O, V, E.

  • Now move your awareness to your heart space and intend that you are fully present there.

  • Now place the image of the words in your heart space. If you are not visual intend that when you speak the words or the individual letters they resonate in your heart space. Be aware of how the energy changes your heart space and of how it starts to radiate outwards.

  • Now sit silently in the energy you have created in your heart space.

  • Ground firmly and return your awareness to your surroundings.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE TODAY?

When you use the words I AM you embody the quality you add to the sentence. So if you say I AM angry, you will start to vibrate at the frequency of the word angry.

Sit quietly, say the words, and see the difference it makes. It won’t be a nice one. So if you want to shift into a more pleasant vibration, you need to use another more pleasant word. Repeat the exercise and say I AM relaxed or peaceful and see how that makes you feel.

Below is an exercise to help you make the most of embodying what ever you want. So before you start your day sit quietly and see what you really want to feel for the day.

If you need any help, call in helpers and guides because, believe it or not, most people actually find it hard to think of nice things for themselves. It comes as a bit of a shock, but it’s time to start putting yourself first for a little while. So pick the word you want to embody and if you have a specific goal you want to achieve today make sure you include that intention as well.

Breath and Affirmation Exercise

This will be a four-part breath exercise: breathe in, pause, breathe out, pause.

If you can make the out breath longer than the in breath it will make it much easier for your body to relax. An elongated out breath sends a physical signal to the body that you are safe and it is safe to relax.

You will need two I AM statements – one for the physical body and one for the energy bodies. Have them both ready before you start but be prepared to change the second one (or even keep the first one) after you have shifted the vibrational rate of your physical body doing the first three sets of breathwork.

If you are not used to breathing in this way and repeating your I AM statement twice feels too long or uncomfortable in any way – just do it once and work your way up to twice! Your intention will always get you there!

Ground firmly before you begin.

  1. Breathe in and silently repeat your I AM statement twice
  2. Pause by holding your breath and silently repeat your I AM statement twice
  3. Breathe out and silently repeat your I AM statement twice
  4. Hold your breath and silently repeat your I AM statement twice
  5. Repeat three times

Sit in the sonic field you have created for as long as you like.

Now see if you need to continue with your original I AM statement or use another one for your subtle bodies.

Repeat points 1 – 5 for each subtle body, adding the intention that you want the sound of your I AM statement (Repeated silently or out loud – it doesn’t matter) to resonate the particular subtle body you want to target with your sound.

*The etheric body

* The emotional body

* The mental body

* The spiritual body

* Sit in the sonic field you have created for as long as you like then ground and return your awareness to your surroundings.

INSTANT STRESS RELIEF

There is a well-known energy technique called The Celtic Weave, which is taught by Donna Eden. It is simple. It is astonishing. And it is mind-bogglingly effective. It also brings harmony, balance, unity, and rhythm to your energy field and all you have to do is draw a figure of eight ( an infinity loop) in your auric sheath.

Yes – it really is that easy!

I could explain in detail how it all works, but there are many other fabulous web articles you can check out if you want to know more. At the moment, most people want to know what can help them and how to do it. So here is what you need to know:

You can do this for yourself or for another person and all you have to do is use a finger to draw a figure of eight in your aura at any distance from a few inches to a foot away from the body. The energy of the shape will strengthen and support a healthy flow of energy in your whole system.

You can also do it over specific parts of your body or your auric sheath. I find it particularly useful for any places where the energetic flow seems stuck. The results have been amazing.

There are no real rules about how many times you need to draw the shape. I just go with what feels right whenever I do it. But you will feel a response almost immediately and you will feel better. Sometimes I just draw it everywhere and wait for energy to start flowing again.

My advice… just play while you are drawing it. Nothing can possibly go wrong and you will always benefit from it, even if you only draw the shape once.

One particular use of the shape for instant stress relief if you are feeling a bit lost or overwhelmed – and who isn’t these days? Or if something seems to be getting under your skin… just trace or tap the figure of eights slowly over your heart area between your breasts.
